Nethervale Land specialises in identifying and promoting small residential development opportunities across Hampshire and the surrounding counties.

We work with landowners to explore the planning potential of their land, funding and managing the planning process ourselves and taking on the associated cost and risk.

Founded by Luke Crossley, Director of Briarsgate Homes, Nethervale brings nearly two decades of experience in land acquisition, planning and residential development. That experience spans identifying opportunities, negotiating with landowners, securing planning permissions and taking sites through to delivery.

Our approach is selective and commercially focused. We only pursue sites where we believe there is a realistic prospect of securing planning permission, and we aim to give landowners a clear and honest assessment from the outset.

Every site is different, so our role is to understand the land, the planning context and the landowner’s objectives before recommending the most appropriate route forward.
